This page explains what happens to your information when you use this site. It is short because the site does very little with it.
Who we are
WEGI is a custom software studio operating from Israel. This site is wegi.co.il. If you need to reach a person about anything on this page, the contact address is at the bottom.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, your company name if you choose to give one, and your message. We also record which language you were reading the site in, so we can reply in it.
There is nothing to sign up for and no account to create.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, as every web server does.
Why we collect it
To read your message and reply to it. That is the only purpose.
We do not send marketing email, and we do not sell, rent, or pass your details to anyone for their own use.
Who handles it for us
Netlify hosts the site and serves every page.
Resend delivers your contact form message to us as email.
Google receives that email, because our inbox is Gmail.
Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits. It sets no cookies and does not build a profile of you.
Sentry records technical details when something fails on our server, so we can fix it. It runs only on the server, and is configured not to attach personal information to those reports.
Each of these is a supplier we use to run the site. None of them receives your details to use for their own purposes.
Cookies and browser storage
One cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, remembers whether you chose English or Hebrew.
Your light or dark theme preference is kept in your browser's local storage and is never sent to us.
There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site, which is why you are not being asked to dismiss a consent banner.
How long we keep it
Your message stays in our inbox for as long as it is useful for the conversation and our records. If you ask us to delete it, we will, and we will tell you once it is done.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will respond.
If you are not satisfied with how we handled your request, you can complain to the relevant data protection authority.
Changes to this page
If we start collecting something new, we will change this page and update the date at the top.
